We know you’re busy which is why we’ve tried to make Delivery & Returns as effortless as possible.
Depending on how much you want to get your hands on your new goodies and where you live, there are a few ways we can get your stuff to you. Firstly the good news, we offer free delivery on orders over £100 😁.
Further posting options are calculated and presented to you on the Shopping Bag and Checkout pages, we only use Royal Mail to send your new goodies.

You can return orders to us within 28 days for a full refund. This does not include the delivery cost if you opted for a paid option (Free delivery over £100).
If you are located within the UK, returns are free. If you are located outside the UK you are responsible for the delivery cost.
Returns for customers within the UK are free. If you are located outside the UK you are responsible for the delivery cost. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over £100, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Please email us on firstname.lastname@example.org with subject Returns to notify us within 28 days of purchase of return. Then return your unwanted items using a secure way like Royal Mail Tracked service, this way we can be sure to receive your items. Once we have received the return and all is intact we will post you your refund.
We will soon have fully integrated returns, this unfortunately takes some time to set up and we are quite new 😁
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com with subject Exchange and send your item to our return address.

The big print
- Faulty or Incorrect Item or Received the Wrong Item? Let us know first & we’ll be able to help you better.
- We can only accept returns that are unused & in their original packaging.
- We do not refund the original delivery charge, sorry.
- You’ll need to return your item/s using the return process described above to qualify for Free Returns. If you use another service and pay for it, we will not be able to refund the cost of returning the item to us.
- Please make sure you obtain postage receipt from the service you return your order with. If your return doesn’t reach us and you don’t have proof you sent it back to us we won’t be able to refund you.
